Exchange & Cancellation


 

Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and will be only accepted in the original packaging. Any item that is damaged, soiled or altered is not accepted and shall be sent back to the customer. The customer needs to inform us within 3 business days from the date of receiving the parcel. You can contact us on customerservice@deerclubonline.com. In case of exchange, customer needs to pay freight for pickup and delivery of exchanged item.

 

We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. Our customer service team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled and the charged amount will be reversed back to you.
